This device has no FDA clearance and no FDA approval. It is limited to use in a clinical investigation. Contactless fall and long-lie detection has no cleared predicate device, so it would require an FDA De Novo grant before it could be distributed commercially or described as safe or effective for that purpose.

Hosting a study site requires review and approval by an Institutional Review Board, and documented informed consent from every participant or their legally authorised representative before any device is energised in their room.

What happens next

We screen for eligibility and site readiness and come back to you either way.
If it looks like a fit, we send a non-binding letter of intent, together with the investigational-device notice.
We aggregate interest across sites to size a manufacturing run. Your resident count feeds that total and nothing else.
Your IRB reviews the protocol, and residents or their representatives give informed consent before any device is switched on.
Units placed during the research are invoiced at documented cost recovery only, never at a margin.
Any commercial conversation waits until the device is cleared. We cannot have that conversation before then, and we will not try.

Hardware build time runs 23 to 26 weeks from order, driven by an 18-week component lead time from our contract manufacturer. That is why we gather commitments early. It is a supply constraint, not a sales deadline.
